1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Tony's Treasure Trove ("the Store," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website.
2. Products and Descriptions
All products sold through Tony's Treasure Trove are vintage collectibles, toys, and memorabilia. We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph items, including any flaws, damage, or wear.
Condition Grades:
- Mint/New: Unopened, original packaging
- Excellent: Minimal wear, complete
- Good: Light wear, may have minor imperfections
- Fair: Noticeable wear, may be incomplete
Product photos show the actual item you will receive unless otherwise noted.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. Once an order is placed and paid, the price is locked.
Make an Offer: Some items allow offers below the listed price. Offers are not binding until accepted by the seller and paid by the buyer. Items are not reserved during the offer process — first to pay secures the item.
4. Payment
We accept payment via PayPal only. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Orders are not processed until payment is received in full.
5. Shipping
- We ship to United States addresses only
- Orders ship within 3-5 business days of payment
- Tracking is provided for all orders
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
- We are not responsible for carrier delays
- Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon delivery to carrier
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
6. Returns and Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the nature of collectibles, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. All items are sold as-is, as described and photographed.
Exceptions:
- Item received is significantly different from description (contact us within 48 hours with photos)
- Item damaged in transit (file claim with carrier; contact us for assistance)
7. Make an Offer
When you submit an offer:
- Offers expire after 48 hours if not responded to
- The seller may accept, decline, or counter your offer
- Accepted offers must be paid within 24 hours or the offer is void
- Items are NOT reserved while offers are pending
- Submitting an offer is not a binding contract until accepted AND paid
8. Intellectual Property
Product images depict trademarked characters and brands owned by their respective companies (Hasbro, etc.). These trademarks remain the property of their owners. Tony's Treasure Trove is not affiliated with or endorsed by any toy manufacturer.
9. Limitation of Liability
Tony's Treasure Trove is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
